The Malawi Partnership Executive Committee (MPEC) oversees the partnership that exists between the Synod of Blantyre in Malawi, Africa, and Pittsburgh Presbytery. The MPEC is made up of interested members of partner and non-partner congregations.
The MPEC is responsible for the programs, mission trips, expenditure for mission projects within Malawi, and coordinating activities and education for continued maintenance and growth of the Partnership within the congregations of Pittsburgh Presbytery.
The MPEC carries forth its work through teams; each with specific tasks and responsibilities for the continued work of the Partnership both in Pittsburgh and in Malawi. The Malawi Partnership Executive Committee is made up of team leaders and the co-chairs of the MPEC.
